If you get your set of Coasties, open the box, and don’t like the looks of them, SEND THEM BACK UNUSED for a full refund…We’ll pay the return shipping.

Also – if you get them, like them, and ride them and have problems down the road. Let us know, and we’ll do our best to take care of you. We can’t warranty if you run a small tire with high pressure into a pothole on a set of Coasties, but we got your back for any mechanical failure that is on our end.

Something else you should know;

All of our wheels are HAND BUILT in Washington by folks who know wheels. That’s a big deal because most machine build wheels are Ovalized in the machine and pulled back to rights by installation of the spokes. This causes micro cracks in the wheels leading to failure, truing problems, and other bad business.

Our prices are crazy good prices for hand built wheels. To get a sense of what others charge, check out a guy who is has been doing it since 1970 (our lead builder started in the 1970′s) or ask at your Local Bike Shop.
